You should be able to find an application that will let you redirect
connections from the OLD IP to the NEW IP, similar to functionality
introduced by NAT. I must admit I haven't seen any Windows app's that
might do this as I have always managed this with our Firewall or IDS
systems.

I don't think you can do more than one IP. Ask Vircom but I am sure I
have
went down this path before and you can only have one IP can answer.

I believe the IP that you setup in the console window is the IP that the
radius server binds two.
