Portmapper from AnalogX will do this. Will map any tcp/udp port to a TCP/UDP port on any other IP whether remote or local.

I don't think you can do more than one IP. Ask Vircom but I am sure I have went down this path before and you can only have one IP can answer.
I believe the IP that you setup in the console window is the IP that the radius server binds two.
