This is a problem. The design of a nuclea reactor is not quite the same as a boiler, you have to pass running water fast and/or use vast volume of water. A boiler has such format to make sure pressure is well distributed, but a nuclear rector needs fast cooling, not necessarily high pressure. This is not the same thing as a common boiler.
