There is no need for anyone to know what the internal parts of the Rossi reactor are like. They serve no purpose. Other than the resistance heaters, the internal parts do nothing. Any HVAC engineer can measure the heat balance. It is the same as the heat balance you find with any conventional gas fired or electric boiler: there is no excess heat. You do not need a nuclear engineer because there is no nuclear reaction. There is only resistance heating. Any HVAC engineer can confirm that in an hour. - Jed
