Dear Eric, I don't think the walls of the nano-voids are real insulators. However it seems (as DGTG alludes to) very intense electric and magnetic phenomena take place in the special void places. And the nano-voids are highly dynamic, open and shut and open again and this converts LENR in LENR+. Peter
