That would be JR Searl. Wallace was by all accounts an eccentric
but competant worker. There were issues surrounding replication
of his work but given the complexity and small magnitude of
the effect I wouldn't be discouraged. It may well be that
the theoretical work of Fontana ( done to explain Podkletnov's
work ) will vindicate Wallace in the end. 

BTW, what happened to Robert Stirniman? Last time I corresponded
with him was years ago, and I don't think his old email works
anymore. ???
