Jed, My advice: Don't call it CF just report on excess heat or anomalous isotope ratios in Pd alloys after refining process or some such. Keep on with the peer review, get it into universities and get young grad students on it. Once you are in, keep quiet, buy your chemicals and get the work done. Hide the research amongst other kosher university activity such as teaching but be part of the university environment, use its letterhead, facilities and representation (carefully). Build networks with mainstream people.
