al.

It is too early to conclude this was a mistake at Lugano. It is possible
their material has different emissivity.

On the other hand, they sure did make a mistake not using a thermocouple.
They used one in the first test. When I saw the thermocouple in the
schematic for the second test, I assumed it was used. Dennis Cravens
pointed out to me there is no mention of it in the report, and no numbers
from it, so I guess they did not use it. Frankly, that is mind-boggling.
