Even if this isn't the right explanation, it is the one that patent applicants should use. I've been saying all along that guys like Rossi and P&F should have called it a super-resonating chemical reaction and just keep experimenting until they have production units.
This might even explain how Heat After Death occurs, because resonances die down once their initial sustaining input is removed.
