By the by it’s the best news ever for the field of cold fusion to have a nice juicy lawsuit, nothing the brainless media likes better than being led by the hand to understand stories and be able to fabricate all manner of imagined story elements… all under the supposed watchful eye of a judge who can be blamed for anything that goes awry.
