Because the situation is so complex, any violation of common sense is unhelpful to understand what has and is happening. To understand the situation, making political points using spin and an appeal to emotion must be identified and called out.
A law suite is a complex situation where untruths are the norm and finding out who is on the side of justice is mind boggling.
