No, it is not. That is easy to arrange. That is why the manual for this flow meter specifically *warns you not to do it*. If it were impossible, why would they say that? All flowmeter guides say that. See: "Expected minimum and maximum pressure and temperature values should be given in addition to the normal operating values when selecting flow meters.
