Ooops, I thought I was replying to Mats,and didn't see it was a link 
from Vortex.
As Jones Beene points out it is lacking proof.  Perhaps the new 
experiment they talk about will provide it.
I thought it interesting that they forecast the production of light in 
view of what we have hear about the QuarkX
