I later applied this velocity to the duality of matterand waves. I found that magnetism is not conserved and can collapse immediately. The light wave collapses on a particle at a velocity of 1,094,000 meters per second.Planck's constant emerged as a dependent variable in the analysis. A wave of light has no spatial amplitude in the direction of the voltage vector. The wavelength of light or that of a UHF TV antenna, emerge upon the collapse of the wave. The uncollpsed wave can be very long and can be diffracted without collapsing. This is the condition of the vertically polarized UHF signal. The longer portion of vertically polarized UHF signals do diffract downward.
