Sorry about all of the posts.  I will issue a revision of my cold fusion book
after the first of the year that emphasizes the antenna stuff without
mentioning it expressly.   I think I implied, somewhere in the book, that the
wave function collapses at a velocity of one million meters per second.  This
is not true.  The wavfunction collapses immediately.  Non-conserved magnetic
components can do this.  The wave interactions with matter at a velocity one
million meters per second.
A lot has already come from this analysis.  velocity = frequency times
wavelength
The frequency is that of the emitted photon.  The wavelength in conjunction
with an electric chargegives the energy of the photon.   Planck's constant
emerged as a dependent variable within the analysis.  The classical result has
reconciled the duality of matter and waves and produced Planck's constant.
Now I discovered through experiment that the vertically polarized components of
the UHF signal do diffract downward.  This is the un-collapsed wave.  It
interacts with the atmosphere and produces strange effects as it also does in
the double slit experiment.  It then collapses upon the antenna at wavelength.
