Public transport is a lot cheaper than roads, highways and the damage caused by automobiles. So it would be best to make public transport free and charge $10 or $20 to anyone who wants to drive a car in Atlanta or New York City. In London drivers have to pay £11.50 daily charge. That seems reasonable to me. As things now stand, automobile drivers are getting a free ride. That's not fair.
