Stiffler: We would more than survive, if pre-WWII America is any indication. We are capable of producing much more than we need. Though it might be tough at first, I believe we would quickly respond to the needs of the nation by picking up manufacturing of goods we should already be making here. More people would be employed in the long run and we would be far less susceptible to outside influences.
