Not sure what the implication of this 'inverse time'
name is. However, the company ITE appears to be owned

ABB is the former Asea Brown Boveri, which is the
creme-de-la-creme of corporate excellence, the Swiss
multinational, headquartered in Zürich and operating
mainly in the electric grid power and industrial
automation sectors. They are the Euro equivalent, if
not superior in many technologies, to GE in the USA.

They probably know a thing or two about timing ... and
surely can invert AC/DC ... which may or may not be
something more than a marketing gimmick...
