I may have mentioned this before, but there was a
large unexplained explosion at a fertilizer plant in
France in recent years.

The most unusual, but possibly valid explanation for
it relates to the monopole/ball lightning phenomena-
which all could be tied in together with "electron
affinity" in the sense of having an EVO predecessor.
