I watched this water wheel thingy and I suspect that he has a massive 
flywheel hidden in the centre section (that he has removed when he shows us 
inside). Watch how slowly the Pelton wheel accelerates when he starts it up. 
There are "accidental" camera cuts and pull aways at seemingly crucial 
moments too. Also he comes out with a lot of BS about drilling lots of holes 
and replacing the generator bearings with freer running ones - as if! 
99.9999999% chance that this is a hoax/scam
