Sure these reports are mostly anecdotal - after all the military does not publish its most guarded secrets - even if there could be a valid civilian use for the technology behind those secrets -- and consequently it is easy for any skeptic to write this off ballotechnic stuff as SciFi ... and totally unconnected to LENR.
