THAT is distressing. Whatever the reason it cannot be good. Speculating about the reason -- which Mills' opponents will surely do -- leads to nothing but other distressing hypotheses and suspicions.


A 5 ton factory could be hurled in orbit for the same price as 5 tons of liquified H2 ... yet the mini-factory could probably make tons of this stuff per month, so the payback time is less than 6 months. Get it?

A clever idea.
