I would call it more than significant. What other explanation can there be?
You have a gas - which under various different and reliable tests shows up
as pure hydrogen, yet that gas can be condensed at LN temps. How does the
skeptic counter that?
MC: As we have both observed, there is virtually no limit to an imaginative
skeptic. There is an anomalous position of a line in an NMR spectrum, Mills
claimes that his theory 'predicts' the line. The critic denies the theory
and hand-waves "error". I have seen the same syndrome repeat itself for many
years now. There is the EUV spectra which shows up with catalysts, but not
with controls; the water bath calorimetry run by several people, the
Conrads, Rowan and Phillips studies, and etc.
Even if they say "previously unknown allotrope of hydrogen" - hey, that
alone is earthshaking, a Nobel class of discovery -- and as I suggested in
the previous posting: is worth billions to NASA in the form of savings from
collecting hydrogen in orbit and condensing it there instead of shuttling it
up - since the average temperature in space (shaded from Sol) is already
lower than LN temps.
MC: Hydrinos don't burn in normal chemistry. You need hydrino hydrides. The
activity of NaH is a befuddlement to me.
Why doesn't Mills get samples off to prestigious labs?
MC: A seemingly reasonable question, like samples of hydrino solid
compounds. I don't know the answer.

skepticism as he can get - short of a public demonstration of a
self-powering unit.
Seems like a missed opportunity to me....
MC: Yes, it is a good question and I haven't a clue why.
