IOW, Steorn seems to be claiming: At certain ranges of rotor/stator
RPMs (frequencies) the faster the magnetic separation phase occurs the
less energy appears to have been expended during the separation phase.

Is that your take????

If so, this begs the question: What might be the optimal frequencies
(oscillations) to use. I would assume different PM materials would
possess different "optimal" frequencies.

BTW, this claim strikes me as possibly explaining the weird SPRAIN
anomaly. Even stranger, I gather no one has been able to successfully
replicate the effect.
