Is that your take???? If so, this begs the question: What might be the optimal frequencies (oscillations) to use. I would assume different PM materials would possess different "optimal" frequencies. BTW, this claim strikes me as possibly explaining the weird SPRAIN anomaly. Even stranger, I gather no one has been able to successfully replicate the effect.
