At least one key to the process appears with the use of resonant current
supplies that deliver under 6 ma. To gain a steady state observation of the EM
a larger air spatial volume flat plate capacity can be used to further limit
the currents to the bulbs delivery; which in most all cases at 60 hz
application from resonant coil sources will deliver blinking to the bulbs,
rather then a steady state discharge that produces an unusual emf as radio
wave. Thus the "extra resistance" of the air flat plate capacity placed in
series between each high voltage connection to opposite bulbs can engage a
steady state discharge to the bulbs each using the polar capacity of its
connecting plate enhanced by the the electric field between them.
It is here where quack medicine comes into play, because you can play with
these things, but dont touch both plates at the same time. Each plate can be
touched with no feeling of shock, ect, and seeds germinate faster too.
