I don't think this post is squarely directed at me or accusing me of such
but as it could be interpreted as an accusation I have replied as if it

For me, no.
I didn't expect anyone would try it, not even kinda distantly.
I do think that those who are interested in the goals of FE, alt sci should
be as willing to give some consideration, some thought, something other than
ignoring/debunking/disregarding or in essence give a fraction of the
attention that a political or OT thread can generate.

In fact if it wasn't for all the attention to off topic politics I would not
have thought to post, the original post was called "OnTopic" and I posted as
much or more to get the group back on topic as I did to advance my
observation.
I really only expected to get grief over it but I see I didn't give the
members enough credit.

Yes.

No, although if I am right and personally I believe I am then this is rather
dramatic stuff.
Think Antigravity, Free Energy and a transformation possible in the field of
physical and mental health being the possible outcomes among others.

But no, I am not so arrogant to consider others project worthless at all and
even if I am right that would not invalidate other projects or mean they
were not possibly worthwhile.

No, all someone has to do is not reply.
Horace, Jed and Jones have not chimed in and many others besides, have I
responded with personal attacks against them? No.
In fact to a degree I perhaps thank them, you know the saying, "If you don't
have anything nice to say..."
