Squalene isn't used in the version given in the U.S., FWIW.

The FDA doesn't allow adjuvants in vaccines in the U.S, or so says the
Wall Street Journal.

This is one reason the U.S. vaccination program is behind schedule:
Squalene isn't approved and is NOT BEING USED within the United States.

Canada, yup.

Europe, yup.

U.S.A., nope.

So, the U.S. vaccines take longer to produce, because, among other
things, more cultured virus must be used per dose.

Again, this comes from the WSJ; I've made no attempt to find independent
confirmation (since we all got sick before the vaccine arrived anyway,
whether the vaccines are made with 100% holy water or tincture of
arsenic makes no difference to my 'decision' not to get it).
