Is that not exactly what Bill Beaty has been saying?

As the motor revs up the resistive heat (i.e., the losses in the coils,
the "Joule heating") drops.

But that is the chain of reasoning that leads to the conclusion that
it's not OU, so it can't be what was meant here.
