there should be a way to equate the Casimir formula to Bourgoins equation to
correlate fractional quantum values to Casimir force levels.

 

 

Casimir force F(z) / S = -(pi^2 * reduced h * c) / (240* z^3) 

where reduced h is the reduced Planck constant, c is the velocity of light,
and S is the area of the plates

Where P is the index of refraction very near the nucleus. The principal
quantum number n is the ratio v/c with a range 1/137 <n<1, for n=1/137
