[Vo]:ICCF-3 in LZW lossless format, 392 MB file

If anyone is seriously interested in reading a copy of the ICCF-3 
book, send me your mailing address and I will mail you a CD-ROM with 
a copy generated in LZW lossless gray format. It is 392 MB long. The 
underlying text is exactly the same as the two segments I uploaded. 
The quality is only marginally better than the version I uploaded, 
because most of the original pages were not scanned well. I rescanned 
~100 out of the 680 pages with better copies.
