Defacto; when it comes to 'esoteric' Black-Project R&D, the ultimate answer is 'all of the above.' I was just a little fish that 'Forrest Gump' fashion happened to have a significant insight that was particularly relevant at that opportune moment. That's the best that I can do. It's obviously evolved well beyond my involvement; but when you know the starting point of a matter it's not too difficult to project the trajectory of it by paying attention to events, statements, and particularly 'what is not said' in light of the former.
