Actually, I don't have much faith in the Hypole. A bit too much hand waving even
for my liking, e.g.

"During its attraction by A, the spatial extension of the dipole is limited by
the repulsion of the inner layers of the electrons of A, resulting in a
shrinking of this hydrogen-like object and in a limitation of its polarization."

To start with the repulsion of the inner electrons of A is more than compensated
for by the excess charge of the nucleus. (Excess because the outer electrons of
A no longer play a serious role once you are inside their orbitals).

IOW the closer you get to the nucleus the stronger the net positive charge
becomes, so the destructive force on the dipole is going to increase, and it
will increase faster than it would simply approaching a positive charge, because
not only is it getting closer, but the screening of the nuclear charge is
diminishing as well.
