I'm back from the front lines. You stated "...IF they write a report in English,..." . . . IF??? . . . Most certainly those folks at U of Bologna will write their initial report in the native language tongue, Italian. ...and they'll be damned well PROUD of it too! But to seemingly leave it up in the air as to whether they would (or might not) translate it into ENGLISH???? .... Surely this was just a slight misunderstanding... a semantics issue?
