This works out at about 25 keV / atom of Hydrogen, which is nowhere near nuclear
energies, but then the .4 gm H2 measurement could be quite inaccurate if it's
only a small change in a large mass. OTOH 25 keV is well within the range of
possibility for Hydrinos (anywhere from 10-250,000 eV is possible for Hydrinos).
