This is a smaller version of the ECat: 4 kW vs 12 kW. It appears to have a single heater. Rossi says he will make 300 of these for his MW generator. It is simpler and safer according to the inventor.
Allegedly, in 2.5 months, a version of the ECat consumed (transmuted, whatever) 100g of Ni and 2 g of H to generate 18 MWh of energy. What they said. Don't shoot the messenger. :-) T
