If I remember correctly, Mats Lewan weighted the water that was condensated in the hose. It did not go to the sink. And also Rossi and Levi clearly stated that this issue has been considered, therefore it is not real problem, but only pseudoskepticism, I.e. criticism that does not have realistic basis.
Like I previously stated, there are more easy ways to fake these short demos, than try to fake up the dryness of steam produced. Because anyone who has proper expertees of engineering can easily expose this kind of fakes. —Jouni
