It was said, Rossi has heated his office. It is not known to me how much
energy do we need to heat an office of unknown size in italy in an
unknown time of year and how this was measured. He said he saved 90% of
electrity cost. I dont know how much this is. Here we dont heat with
electricity, but with oil or gas, because electricity is too expensive.
So I dont know, what this means.
