I do not understand what you mean by this. Heat will continue to transfer from the primary to the secondary until both cool down to ambient temperature. The primary circuit will have steam for a while, then hot water, then finally water at room temperature. Heat transfer does not stop just because the steam condenses. That seems to be what you are suggesting, but perhaps I misunderstand.
