There seems to be a lot of question about the actual heat released by Rossi's 1 MW system. Can we assume that it releases at least the minimum power calculated at approximately 60 kilowatts? Even this relatively small amount of heat would be quite noticeable by the standards that are being applied. Why would the guests witnessing the test not notice even this amount of heat? Perhaps it is because the heat is rising into the open air and would not be noticed in either case.
