Please do not be legalistic. Please do not write messages that have to
"read carefully" or they will give the impression you are committing
libel. I do not care what constitutes libel strictly according to the law.
What you are doing is libelous, in my opinion.

This has nothing remotely to do with freedom of speech.

If he did, I would -- but only because this real estate is his property.

Here are the rules he posted:

"NO SNEERING. Ridicule, derision, scoffing, and ad-hominem is banned.
"Pathological Skepticism" is banned (see the link.) The tone here should be
one of legitimate disagreement and respectful debate. Vortex-L is a big
nasty nest of 'true believers' (hopefully having some tendency to avoid
self-deception,) and skeptics may as well leave in disgust. But if your
mind is open and you wish to test "crazy" claims rather than ridiculing
them or explaining them away, hop on board!

There is nothing funny about unfounded accusations of criminal behavior and
fraud. You are not being sarcastic; you are dead serious. You are trolling
the Internet telling hundreds of people that Rossi is a criminal. I know
many scientists whose careers and lives were destroyed by such accusations.

That is your opinion and you have a right to it, but thousands of cold
fusion scientists disagree with you. Please refrain from accusing them of
being criminals. All of them, including Rossi. Most people here disagree
with you. We know what you think. It is disagreeable and impolite for you
to repeat that so often. It is not "legitimate disagreement and respectful
debate" to tell a group of people that the research have devoted the last
22 years of their lives to has no more validity than a "unicorn farm."

Go ahead and think that if you like. Many people do. We are all well aware
of that. Just don't keep harping on it. You may think you are clever but
you are not telling us anything we have not heard a million times before.
Keep it up and everyone will add you to their auto-delete list. No one will
hear you.
