Sorry-- I remember a Vortex instruction to keep quotes as short as
possible.  I thought it would be clear or unimportant but I will include
the author line next time.  It wasn't a software issue -- I deleted
everything not absolutely necessary thinking that was what wanted here.  So
many rules, so little time.  FYI, I use unadorned gmail as web mail for
this list-- not a mail program.
