I wonder, why Schneider's Trans Altec is interested in the e-cat technology at 
all.
They are already selling or promoting electromagnetic generators that produce 
electricity in the MW range with very little or no input energy. (Unfortunately 
these are expensive)
Also he has a concept for fission reactors that burn and neutralize radioactive 
waste.
These concepts are proven to work by experts and professors and are much more 
advanced than the e-cat.
Possibly the reason is, the 1MW e-cat is dirt cheap compared to his other 
offers.
