FWIW, I believe Mr. Krivit has received the equivalent of cease and desist letters from lawyers in the past pertaining to various subjects he was investigating. I think he may even have published a few of those documents, presumably to show the chronological order of the investigation process... but perhaps also to imply that he was getting under their skin. I would speculate that Mr. Krivit probably feels that he has accumulated sufficient experience in such matters such that he feels he can weather the storm. That remains to be seen, however. All I know is that it sure wouldn't be in my own self-interest to look for trouble. This strikes me as terribly reckless behavior.
