Guys, Just to muddy things some more:
The SPAWAR presentation I posted a link to this morning mentioned that energy output measurements implied that both "hot" and "cold/LENR" type reactions might be taking place concurrently so the reactions may not be mutually exclusive... Also, based upon my experience, intelligence is relative and effected by environment.
