I believe the scores are increasing because of two things:
1. People are studying for the test; not because they are more intelligent.
I could increase my IQ scores if I study the types of questions they have in
those tests.
2. The standards are lowering. Many students now are straight A students
without a corresponding increase in knowledge and intelligence. In our
politically correct educational system, everyone wins and gets an A.
