Well, that is certification, sort of. In a way. A classic Rossi-ism. Similar to the claim that Ampenergo made an investment. Okay it was not a gigantic company as he claimed. And they did not actually have any money, as far as I know. So it was an investment in a narrow sense. V-e-e-r-r-y narrow. Not as in: someone wrote a check for real money.
