True enough but the verification of the NiH system is, itself, a condition for the reality of the Rossi effect. So to be rational, people have to distinguish between the probability of the Rossi effect being real GIVEN THAT the NiH system is real, and the probability that the Rossi effect is real GIVEN THAT we don't have information on the NiH system. To state that these two numbers are different is a little like saying that FZ is glib.
