Tesla,

To which Celani’s patent are you referring to? So far, and to my knowledge,
Celani didn’t fill a patent about his Constantan process. He has indeed
filled a patent for treating Nickel and alloy of nickel to load hydrogen,
but not specifically for Constantan.

Thanks Alain for the additional finds.

I sent a copy of this new find to Celani for comments, since it has
remarkable similarities with his work although Celani's first publications
on the use of processed constantan happened later (I believe) than the file
date of Nee's latest patent.
The use of the added oxides is an interesting one. I believe they cause
solid removal of any initial nickel oxide.

In an environment of various types of metal oxides, the oxide of the most
nobel oxides is converted first when put in a heated gassious hydrogen
environment.
