I still think that the most probable scenario of Rossi's behavior is the follpwing:
*technically:* - he has indeed discovered a method to enhance excess heat in the Ni-H system;\ -it is difficult to convert this enhanced excess heat in a controllable, manageable long duration energy source; he has tried a lot and therefore we have seen a lot of kinds of E-cats, some of them in a series of experiments in which Rossi has tried to combine real enhancement with enhancement bt measurement; - the coming Hot Cat 3rd party experiment will be very probably non-spectacular but will also exclude the idea that the Hot Cat does not generate excess heat; *managerially* - i don't know if he really has a great partner, but he needs one good due to the highly difficult problems to be solved- mainly engineering; - know how management- I think his zeroth order of priority is keeping secret what he does technicaly, ergo he will never describe his real process in a good patent as that EP of Piantelli his yearning for a patent is fairy tale - his strategy is oriented toward the domination of the market, kind of exclusivity as long as possible so it is a historical luck and chance that DGT exists and has superior engineering, scientific understanding and management *psychologically* AR is structurally a nice, sometimes even charming person, but being scared for losing the competition, stressed by the failures and blundesr from his past, being a very strong alpha character his ability to cooperate is low and functionally he is a very difficult person. In historical perspective, the virtues of the E-cats will decide what happens- energy source or not energy source? If I disagree 80% with Rossi's deeds, the disagreement is 115% with the professional Rossi killers.
