Rossi is the first to apply the nanoparticle technique to Ni, as far I know. Arata pioneered the nanoparticle technique. It was a darn good idea to try it. Rossi deserves tremendous credit for this. If his technique is as good as he claims, he is the third most important person in this history of this field, after F&P. There are many people in fourth place. - Jed
